Contacts

What is a contact?

A contact is a single person recorded in your account. Inbound Suite lets you store critical information, including your contact’s phone number, email, address, as well as meeting histories, payments, invoices, conversations, emails, and notes. You’ll be able to make every customer feel like an important individual, because that’s what they are.

How much does it cost to add more contacts?

Each edition offers different pricing options and the cost goes down as you add more contacts.

How do I add more contacts?

You can add contacts during checkout, directly in your app, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager for assistance.

Users

What counts as a user?

A user is someone who has authority to access the Inbound Suite software via their own username and password. Users can be managed via an admin account.

How many users are included?

Inbound Suite plans include a certain number of user license(s). Additional users can be purchased for only $29/month.

Pro – 2 users

Max – 3 users

Max Classic (formerly Infusionsoft) – 3 users

How do I add more users?

You can add users during checkout, directly through your app, or by reaching out to your Customer Success Manager or Inbound Suite support. Additional users are $29/month.

Free Trial

Is the free trial experience limited or locked down in any way?

The free trial is for the Inbound Suite Pro edition. You’ll have access to all the features of that version for 14 days. You can upgrade at any time in your Inbound Suite app. This 14-day free trial doesn’t require a credit card.

Will I need a credit card to start the free trial?

Email Sending

Is there a limit or charge for the number of emails I send each month?

Inbound Suite emails are free and unlimited for everyone. They are a critical step toward personalized and powerful communication. Emails are also a great way to nurture leads, generate revenue, and inform customers.

Billing

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Simply remember to initiate your cancellation request at least 10 days prior to the next invoice date by calling customer support at 1-866-800-0004 and talking to a Inbound Suite representative.

Are there separate fees for receiving customer payments with Inbound Suite?

Yes. Inbound Suite charges 2.9% on every payment processed through the app plus a one-time 30 cents fee per transaction. To collect payments through Inbound Suite, simply connect your bank account and then issue invoices and/or create online checkout forms.

What type of support do you provide?

With Inbound Suite, you’ll receive call-in support and 24/7 online chat support from our US-based customer support team. You can also email us anytime. Plus, you have free access to Inbound Suite Academy’s live training events and online learning platform, which includes an extensive library of courses, videos and webinars on building marketing and sales automations within Inbound Suite.

Text Marketing

What is Text Marketing?

Text Marketing includes automated text messaging and text broadcasts from a toll-free marketing number that helps you efficiently reach your leads and clients. It’s currently only available in the US.

How much do text messages cost?

You’re allotted free monthly Text Marketing messages depending on your chosen edition.

Pro – 150 messages

Max – 250 messages

Max Classic – 250 messages

After you exceed your free messages, you will be charged $0.04 per marketable message. You are not charged for undeliverable messages.

One-on-one text messages sent from your Inbound Suite Business Line directly to individual contacts are still free and included in your monthly subscription price. This feature is currently available to users in the US and Canada.
